All of the wines are typical of those from the regions, and best of all, are great value for money. Bel Vino now have 2 wines that have achieved the highest award from Gambero Rosso — “3 Glasses”. One of these is a favourite of many Customers—Tenuta Garetto FAVA Barbera D’Asti Superiore DOC 2001, and one of our new arrival wines—Podere dei Ginepri Gattinara docg 2001. Both these wines are “Great Drinking Now”, but will also cellar for many years to come. Bel Vino is both a wholesale and retail business for quality boutique Italian wines. We supply selected restaurants, wine bars and clubs as well as retail through our shop in Sai Kung. Bel Vino stocks only wines from Italy, Piedmont, the home of Barolo, Barbera and Brachetto, among others; Tuscany, the home of Chianti, Brunello and other famous varieties; Veneto, the home of Amarone; Venetzia Friuli; The Aosta Valley, at the base of the alps and the border with Switzerland; Campagnia; Puglia; Sicily; and Sardegnia. Bel Vino selects small wine producers based on their history and local reputation for quality, as well as their mix of traditional and innovative production techniques. All of our wines are imported exclusively to Hong Kong by Bel Vino . The wines are all stored under strict temperature and humidity control conditions at our warehouse and shop, your guarantee of consistent quality. WINE TASTINGS As all of our wines will be new to Hong Kong and we are the only export client for some of our producers, Bel Vino are pleased to offer our customers tasting before purchase on request, except for our most costly wines. EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 3 PM TILL WE CLOSE Bel Vino are pleased to host free wine tastings with Italian snacks every Saturday from 3pm until we close, around 8pm, featuring different wines every week.
